Shipment
The shipping cost is €24.00. Depending on commercial conditions and the size of the order, there may also be a delivery charge for orders over 1000€: you can always check the possible delivery charge on the checkout page, before completing your payment. - The delivery times, purely indicative, vary from 15 days to 3 months after the confirmation of the order, the same may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.
- If the payment is made by bank transfer, the shipping times start from the moment of receipt of the transfer.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Artefice Atelier accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
In the case of persons with VAT registration number, we remind you that the invoice must be requested at the time of purchase, in the shopping cart section via the "add a note" link, communicating the company name and VAT number. Under no circumstances will invoices be issued after the shipment of the material (art. 22 dpr 633 VAT).
All transactions are secure: the Artefice Atelier site is equipped with the SSL encryption system that guarantees maximum protection of personal and payment data.
In order to proceed with the order, payment by bank transfer must be received by Artefice Atelier within and no later than 5 working days. The products will be prepared for shipment as soon as the payment has been successfully made.
