DELIVERY TIME
If your items are in stock, we usually ship within 3 business days of receiving the order. If your items are not available, we will typically contact you within 3 business days to inform you of when we can ship. As these are artisanal products, it generally takes from 15 days to 3 months.

CONSUMER RIGHTS AND RETURNS
The sale of products through the website www.arteficeatelier.com is subject to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/5/19991, regarding consumer protection in distance contracts, which provides the consumer with the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, meaning individuals who are not acting for purposes related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by resellers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The consumer can return the purchased products to the seller without specifying a reason within a period of 10 working days from the receipt of the goods. The consumer will be refunded the amounts paid, except for the delivery and return costs (transport), which remain at their expense.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal: Within the prescribed period (10 days) from the date of receiving the goods, a written and signed communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the address Artefice di Angela Di Modica, Via Delle Madonie, 25, 97100 Ragusa Italy. This communication must include the order number and date.
Within 48 hours of receiving the registered letter, Artefice di A. Di Modica will send an "Authorization for Return" via email along with the respective "Withdrawal Code," which should be placed on the packaging and accompanying document.
The return of the products, via courier, should be addressed to the following destination: Artefice di Angela Di Modica, Via Delle Madonie, 25, 97100 Ragusa Italy. The products must be carefully packaged to preserve their original packaging; goods that do not follow these instructions may be rejected. Within 30 working days of receiving the products, Artefice di A. Di Modica will refund the customer the amount indicated on the invoice for the products only, excluding additional costs.
GOVERNING LAW
This contract will be governed by Italian law.
In the event of a dispute, the Court of Ragusa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
