Shipment
For orders over € 150, shipping is free. If your order has a value of less than € 150 and standard volumes, the shipping cost is € 13.90. Based on commercial conditions and the volume of the order, a delivery fee may also be provided for orders over € 150: you can always check the shipping cost on the checkout page before completing the payment. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to write to us at info@arteficeatelier.com .

Delivery

• The delivery times, purely indicative, vary from 15 days to 3 months after the confirmation of the order, the same may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.
• If the payment is made by bank transfer, the shipping times start from the moment of receipt of the transfer.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal, Artefice Atelier accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

In cases of subjects with a VAT number, we remind you that the invoice must be requested at the time of purchase, in the cart section via the "add a note" link, communicating the company name and the VAT number. In no case will invoices be issued after the shipment of the material (Article 22 of Presidential Decree 633 VAT).

All transactions are secure: the Artefice Atelier website is equipped with the SSL encryption system which guarantees maximum protection of personal data and payment.

In order to proceed with the order, payment by bank transfer must be received by Artefice Atelier no later than 5 working days. The products will be prepared for shipment as soon as the payment is successful.

Each work is a unique piece made ad hoc by our craftsmen, so delivery times can vary from 15 days to 3 months

You can return the purchased Products within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, without needing to specify a reason. You will be refunded the amounts paid, except for the delivery and return costs of the goods, which remain your responsibility. For further details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions page.
