Shipping

The shipping cost is €24.00. Based on commercial conditions and the volume of the order, a delivery fee may also be foreseen for orders over €1000: you can always check the possible shipping cost on the checkout page, before completing the payment. Delivery

- Delivery times, purely indicative, vary from 15 days to 3 months after confirmation of the order, the same may be subject to change due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.

- If payment is made by bank transfer, the shipping time starts from the time of receipt of the transfer.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Artefice Atelier accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

In the case of persons with VAT registration number, we remind you that the invoice must be requested at the time of purchase, in the shopping cart section via the "add a note" link, communicating the company name and VAT number. Under no circumstances will invoices be issued after the shipment of the material (art. 22 dpr 633 VAT).

All transactions are secure: the Artefice Atelier site is equipped with the SSL encryption system that guarantees maximum protection of personal and payment data.

In order to proceed with the order, payment by bank transfer must be received by Artefice Atelier within and no later than 5 working days. The products will be prepared for shipment as soon as the payment has been successfully made.

Each work is a unique piece made ad hoc by our craftsmen, so delivery times can vary from 15 days to 3 months

You can return the purchased Products within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, without needing to specify a reason. You will be refunded the amounts paid, except for the delivery and return costs of the goods, which remain your responsibility. For further details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions page.
